Kid's clay "make your own jewellery" party:

Package Prices:

The prices below are for a 2 and ¾ hour party within a 10 mile radius of Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK.
Anything outside this are will have additional travel costs - please contact me for more details.

up to 5 kids - £120
6 to 10 kids - £165

Parties for over 10 children are available, please email me if you would like to discuss these prices.

These parties are also available for teenagers and adults, where more "adventurous" pieces of jewellery can be made, for example, safety pin bracelets, tiara's, or even work on your own designs!

What happens at a "make your own jewellery" party:

   1. You choose what jewellery type & charms you want to make – this can be anything at all - including your own designs!
   2. Usually we make 2 - 3 charms at a party depending on the complexity of the designs. This takes up to 2 hours, with breaks if the kids are getting
       restless (however I've found they usually don't!)
   3. The charms are then baked while the kids eat or are entertained, and then I put the jewellery together ready for it to be taken home by the children
       (Depending on the age of the children, they can make the jewellery up themselves after the charms come out of the oven if they wish).

At the end of the party everyone takes away their charms as whatever type of jewellery they have chosen. Types of jewellery currently available to make at jewellery parties are: necklaces, bracelets, badges, earrings, keyrings, phone charms, rings, hairclips & cufflinks - so something for everyone!

Ages: These parties are not suitable for very young children, as the materials we work with are small and could be a choking hazard.
          It is down to you to decide if it is suitable to have a jewellery party for your child, however I will advise at the consulation meeting.

Timing: Make your own jewellery parties usually last 2¾ hours - 1¾ making jewellery, half an hour for the charms to go in the oven, then half an hour to
             make the charms into jewellery after they come out the oven.
             While the charms are in the oven you can feed the hungry mouths, or choose from a number of entertainment options I have available.

Extras: If you book a party for a birthday, the birthday girl or boy will get a free gift from my jewellery collection of up to £10.00 in price.
            Entertainment is available. I usually would provide party games - pass the parcel, Kim's game etc - all based around my jewellery giving the children
            chances to win extra charms for their jewellery (included in the party price), however I am also able to provide a singer*, magician* or a DJ*.

 

Adult jewellery party:

What happens: At these parties I will usually do a talk about how I make some of the jewellery, I will have displays of pieces you can buy, as well as being able to make custom jewellery there for you to purchase. We have a few games and hopefully a laugh!

Prices: £50 for the party, including a free gift for the host, 10% off any jewellery bought on the day and a goody bag for each party go-er with a further 5% off their next order!

Timing: These parties are usually 2 hours long & generally take place in the evening, although I am flexible with timing.

Extras: I am able to provide entertainment for children if needed.*

Please note: Jewellery parties will take place at either your house or a hall you have hired (Becki's Bits and Bobs Jewellery can source a hall for you, however additional costs will incur) - if you are booking a kid's jewellery party the venue will need to have an oven. All adults I bring with me are CRB checked. Parties outside the Portsmouth (Hampshire, South, UK) area currently have a travel fee, please contact me for more details.
